Background and goals


Teaching improvement results in better quality of teaching in that region and it should include the specifics of certain school functioning. We believe that some LGUs could be coordinating teaching improvement system not only by accepting improvement plans, but also by initializing goals and subjects of improvement emerging from researched needs of a local educational system, community and entrepreneurs.

Goal: Proposal of adequate forms of teaching improvement, based on desk‑research analysis (including exam results)

Our offer


  1. Desk‑research analysis (including school exam scores) for oriented and conscious educational development
  2. Purposeful research of training needs
  3. Preparing a presentation of analysis results
  4. Optional: Presentation of results to wider group or participation in methodical conferences for teachers to depict those results

Diagnosis will provide us with data, which is essential for discussion that will emerge between principals and LGU representatives. Teaching improvement system (adapted for school’s needs) will eventually evolve.
