e-Navigator

e‑Navigator is a professional development e‑course designed for teachers. Like the traditional training and consulting program, e‑Navigator guides school evaluation teams through a structured question‑based and data‑driven internal evaluation process.

It can be delivered as a full online or as a blended learning course.

Main functionalities

Interactive exercises

Active fields to input users' information, formulated questions and conclusions
Instructions can be read, listened or both depending on users' preferences
Single and multiple‑choice tests, storytelling, true or false questions, correct the sentence exercises, etc.

Case studies and reflections

Step‑by‑step instruction supported with just enough theory, case studies and sample materials
Case studies from schools solving problems from different areas such as subject matter (math, foreign language, art), tests results, special education etc.
Advice and encouragement in form of videos from school principals who have gone through the process with PCG in the past

Charts and Graphics

Cartoon graphics and simple animations fully compatible with Apple devices and tablets (no Flash technology used)
Easy interaction with touch screens
Visual presentations of the user's progress within the program

Generating PDF Documents

Exercises designed to automatically save user's information and generate required documents (partial reports), i.e. data inventory, root cause identification document, formulated goals, etc.
Internal Evaluation Report – a final report generated at the end of the course
Information once inserted into the system is saved and replicated as needed in future lessons

SCORM and Platform connections

Database of all the materials gathered during the course, ready to print
Continuity – the course will start again where you last finished
SCORM connected to e-Platform modules and functionalities to facilitate team work and distance communication
Consultations – respond or send requests

Narrator and avatars

Two avatars, school‑based SMEs leading the participants through the course
