We will have the pleasure to actively participate in the Forum for Cooperation and Innovation for Health and Life Quality (Life Science Open Space 2018 – #LSOS18), which will be held in Krakow, October 11th.
WAmong the innovators speaking, the representative of PCG Ewa Rogalska will familiarize the public with the mechanism of social prescribing – a way of activation of seniors and the elderly dependent people with the use of local community resources.
The presentation will emphasize multidimensional benefits of implementing social prescriptions and is addressed to representatives of local governments, non-governmental organizations and health care institutions (both private and public) who would like to implement a similar mechanism to support residents in their municipality or patients/clients of their institutions.
We believe that social recipes can become a hallmark of the above mentioned entities offer.
