Short info on the project, its goals and main outputs: The TRANSiTION project will develop an advanced education programme for healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff (i.e. health managers), equipping them with digital skills needed to exchange information more efficiently and effectively with patients and other professionals.
The main project results are:

Mapping current status and challenges in digital health utilization and optimization;
End-users needs analysis and user requirements;
Module continuous and professional development.
