Public Consulting Group, Inc. (PCG) is a global company offering advanced consulting, training and IT solutions. Majority of our customers operate in the public sector, in the areas of education, health and human services. We employ nearly 3,000 consultants in over 60 offices in USA, Canada, UK and Poland. The company was founded in 1986 in Boston by William S. Mosakowski – an American of Polish descent, who still remains the President and Chief Executive Officer of PCG. During almost 30 years of our existence, we have provided support to over 2,000 customers, including government and local government institutions as well as numerous educational, healthcare and social welfare establishments.


PCG Polska

PCG Polska LLC is an integral part of Public Consulting Group, a global firm specializing in professional services for institutions and companies operating in the public sector. The recipients of PCG services in Poland include over 3,500 schools, 60 universities and numerous hospitals and long‑term care centers. Our customers are supported by nearly 200 consultants, sector analysts and experts. The CEO and the President of the Management Board of PCG in Poland is Łukasz Sułkowski

PCG in Poland specializes in the area of public sector management. We act with a view to creating strategies and increasing the quality of services offered by our customers, through analysis and efficient use of data. The global presence of PCG provides our customers with access to the knowledge and experiences of international groups of experts. Our objective is to ensure continuous improvement of our customers’ results.

In 2015 PCG Polska acquired two of the IT services providers for the Polish education sector: LIBRUS and Partners in Progress, as well as the team of analysts responsible for the development of the statistical model of Educational Added Value (Edukacyjna Wartość Dodana – EWD). These investments made PCG the only organization in Poland offering advanced IT and analytical solutions for institutions at each level of education – from early school to university education.

Librus offers unique IT solutions supporting schools and local government units in their everyday work. The solutions provided by Librus are used by more than 11 thousands schools, 3 200 of which use Librus SIS to document the educational processes. Our mission is to support the development of education in Poland by delivering quality solutions that improve educational processes and education management. In addition our activities include trainings, workshops, conferences prepared by internal trainers and experienced educators collaborating with the Librus Center for Teachers Education.


Partners in Progress

Partners in Progress is a leading provider of IT solutions for higher education institutions in Poland. Products and services offered by Partners in Progress are used by close to 60 Polish universities, including 7 out of the top 10 private universities in the Perspektywy Higher Education Ranking. The mission of Partners in Progress is to deliver high quality IT solutions to universities enabling them to improve the quality of management and education through effective use of data. The software offered by Partners in Progress is used by more than 300 thous. users all over Poland.
